It is very hard to say goodbye to our family members and it can be extremely distressing for the humans concerned. We will do our best to fit in with your personal wishes, for example we can arrange an appointment at a quiet time of the day, or we can come to your home. You can stay with your pet whilst the sleep-inducing injection is given; one of our staff will lend a sympathetic ear and offer comfort if you wish to talk. We promise to be sensitive to your needs as well as those of your pet.

We use a professional pet crematorium and can arrange individual cremation and return of your pets ashes if you wish, for scatter or burial.
