Small Mammals

We see all types of small mammals from guinea pigs to sugar gliders and are happy to provide advice on the care and husbandry of any species.

Our patients are hospitalised in a separate exotics ward away from cats and dogs, and every effort is made to minimise stress in these sensitive animals. We are also equipped with a digital x-ray machine, ultrasound scanner, rigid and flexible endoscopy and an on site laboratory.

We have the operating facilities to carry out a variety of surgery including isoflurane anaesthesia, ventilator and Doppler ultrasound for monitoring anaesthetics.
