At the Barrier Animal Care Clinic in Charlton South East London we provide a number of services.
we are not specialists in exotics, however we have two vets (Jo Hedley and Will Justice) who have a keen interest and experience in working with these species.

Jo has completed reptile husbandry courses by the Proteus reptile trust and Tortoise Trust, and is currently working towards a Certificate in Zoological Medicine. She works at the clinic 4 days a week as well as at a local wildlife hospital/exotics rescue centre, resulting in her vivariums always being full!

Will meanwhile, has just completed a Masters degree in Wild Animal Health, and works at the clinic 3 days a week, in addition to gaining experience in zoo work in his free time.
