With Effect from March 2007 the clinic has changed from the standard method of consulting to involve every member of out team

The “Safari System” has been developed over the last 20 years and is widely practised in other countries around the world. We are proud to be one of the first UK practices to be involved.

All members of our team will be more interactive in caring for you and your pets and each visit you will receive a personalised colour report complete with your pets photo.

The next time you visit our clinic for a “wellness” examination you will be presented with a “Healthmap”. This important document is personalised for your pet and its requirements for a healthy life. The Healthmap is updated at each subsequent visit.

If you visit us with an ill Pet your report will detail the vet’s findings and then give information about the illness and necessary treatment.

Our nurses will then discuss the vet’s recommendations at the end of your visit.

As a result of the “Safari System” our appointment lengths have changed and we ask you to allow at least 30 minutes for your first visit. Subsequent visit times will vary from 10 to 20 minutes depending on the reason.
